Rear Carrier XL for Mercedes Arocs 6x6
Another Rear Carrier XL was manufactured for the Mercedes Arocs with Ormocar body. With the 1,400mm long platform, loading capacity is maximised. The platform can be lowered to the ground using the supplied cable remote control. This carrier also features 3 different locking positions. A powerful electric winch ensures reliable raising and lowering of loads up to 875kg.
The included "Quad" expansion package contains two quad guide rails with wheel locking, 2 loading ramps and the provision for underside spare wheel mounting.
The matching FAS underbody protection is approved according to ECE58R03.
For the first time, the new rear carrier awning was also installed on this carrier. Together with the specialists from Eifelkind Adventure, a suitable 270° model was selected which is compatible with all FAS rear carrier platforms thanks to the specially developed adapter. The awning fabric made of PU-coated Oxford weave is weather-stable and durable. When not in use, the awning is stored in a cover made from high-quality truck tarpaulin. Side walls are also available as an option.
