FAS Rear Carrier XL for Another Kerkamm Vehicle
Various preparatory work was carried out on the chassis after customer consultation - including a frame extension, replacing the rear cross member with the lowered variant, and adjustments to the original camera mount.
The rear carrier and underbody protection were then attached to the vehicle frame using custom-made adapter plates. The underbody protection can be folded up by loosening the bolts and complies with ECE R58-03 when removed. It forms a fixed unit with our rear carrier.
The base module offers a mounting option for one complete spare wheel and was extended at the customer's request with a universal mount for a stainless steel storage box and sand board holders. The 1,010mm platform was equipped with a motorcycle rail and 2 powerful LED work lights alongside the standard driving, braking and indicator lights.
The entire construction is galvanised and powder-coated in RAL 9005 fine texture.
